The pentaquark state of Θ+(uudds) has been observed to decay with two decay modes: Θ+ → nK+ and Θ+ → pK0. We have calculated the magnetic moment of the recently observed Θ+ pentaquark state in the framework of the light cone QCD sum rules using the photon distribution amplitudes.
